Instruction for presentations

Oral and Spotlight Talk

An oral talk has 12 min. for presentation and 3 min. for question and answer, and a spotlight talk has 5 min. for presentation and 2 min. for question and answer approximately.

Please bring your laptop PC for presentation.

Poster presentation

Please prepare your poster by following A0 vertical (portrait): the A0 size print measures 84.1 x 118.9cm, 33.11 x 46.81 inches.

You can use smaller poster size, e.g., A1 or B1. If you want, you can extend the size to B1 vertical (portrait).

But, a poster wider than 1m cannot be accepted because of the limitation of space.

Eash poster will be attached to the wall of the WS room during the WS.
